Our 2023 Castelão is a fresh, fruit-forward red made with minimal intervention. The grapes underwent spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and remained on the skins for three months, developing a gentle structure without losing vibrancy.

No oak was used, allowing the purity of the fruit to take centre stage. This lighter-bodied red brims with juicy red berry aromas and a soft, easygoing texture—perfect for relaxed occasions or even slightly chilled for a refreshing twist.
