Our 2024 skin-contact white is made exclusively from hand-harvested Arinto grapes. The grapes are picked at dawn to preserve their natural freshness, then carefully sorted by hand at the winery and gently crushed. Fermentation begins spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, allowing the grape’s true character to emerge.
After fermentation, we decided to keep the juice with the skins for nine months, allowing it to gain structure, depth, and aromatic complexity.
The pressing process was finalised in June 2025, but the wine has not yet been bottled.
